We would all like to believe that we have a pretty good idea of how others think of us. Especially when it comes to the people we love, specifically the guy we love.
In the beginning of any relationship there is always the period of time when it seems impossible to know what the other person is really thinking about you. Other than knowing pretty quickly whether or not he wants to move on to the next level of intimacy, or sex, you are in the dark about his true feelings towards you.
This is due to many reasons. One of them being that it’s not easy to get a guy to talk about his feelings. Especially when he is already expecting to have to, and dreading it. And you are not wanting to make him feel like you are going to fit the typical mold of the nagging or clingy woman. So you try to keep your curiosity quiet for as long as you can, and he just stays quiet.
So being a woman, you start to watch his every move and then try to interpret it, and define it to give you the answers you are so hungry for. It’s not that you want to know his every thought, just his every thought as it pertains to you, your relationship, and every other relationship he has.
You see this very valuable information as your ticket deeper into his heart, and hopefully, into his life. And you are right in a way, but how you go about it can be all wrong.
Guys actions do tell a lot about what they are feeling, but how they act does not always match up to what they are feeling. It is possible for guys to be totally into someone, but not think about the relationship as much as the woman will. So they may be doing something when they are with you, that can have noting to do with how they feel about you. A lot of times a guy will find himself getting the cold shoulder for something he did or said, that really had nothing to do with the woman he’s with.
The best way to read your guys mind when it comes to how he feels about you is to wait until you are completely sure he is focused on you and your relationship. At this point, his actions will tell it all.
Verbal communication is a good way to exchange thoughts and ideas, and to just share your dreams with each other. But the way your guy treats you will tell you everything you ever need to know. If he is considerate and dependable he likely has a lot of respect for you. If he is loving and playful with you, he probably cares very much about you. And if he can’t wait to see you and wants to spend a lot of his time with you, he is in love with you; enough said.
